This complex was built in 1981, renovated in 1999 and consists of 382 apartments (adjoining or detached properties). At the Castillo Plaza, the centre of the complex, guests will find a café, a bar, a pizzeria, a creperie, a Spanish grill restaurant, shops and a small supermarket. In addition, there is a laundry service, Internet access, a children's playground as well as a kids' club for younger guests (special day programme for children aged 3 to 8 years old.
This holiday complex lies directly next to a large bay (about 50 metres away), overlooking the beach of the Caleta de Fuste. A number of shops (within 400 metres) and a small harbour with a restaurant and tapas bar are located in the vicinity. The nearest public transport links are within walking distance, located just 800 metres from the hotel. The airport is just a 15-minute bus journey away. Puerto de Rosario, the island's capital, is 12 km from the complex.

The bungalows are tastefully furnished and come equipped with a bathroom, a shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, the option of safe hire and a furnished terrace.
In the extensive gardens, guests will find a total of 5 swimming pools (some sea water, some heated), a children's paddling area, several poolside snack bars as well as sun loungers and parasols.
