Renovated in 2006, the complex is composed of a main building and several 2-storey bungalows with a total of 250 lodgings. Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception, a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. There are car parking facilities and a children's playground available for use.
This bungalow complex has a peaceful location close to Maspalomas' golf course. The wonderful beaches of the Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas are both just 2 km away. There is a daily, regular, complimentary shuttle bus service to both of these. The Faro shopping and entertainment centre is a mere 500 m from the complex.
