The family-run hotel includes, apart from the heated swimming pool (open in the winter), an attractive garden and a big sun terrace with sun loungers and mattresses as well as parasols free of charge. In the coffee bar at the pool guests are offered cappuccinos and light snacks. The newly decorated lounge has two modern Internet terminals and comfortable seats around the bar. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are multilingual (English, German, etc.). There is also a laundry service and/or coin-operated laundrette. The centre of Playa del Inglés is around a 10-minute walk away, where guests will find the beach with many kilometres of sand and a large pedestrian promenade with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.
