Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. Further facilities include an Internet connection and a laundry service. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.
This apartment complex is situated on a hillside in the tourist area of Puerto Rico. It is a mere 10-minute walk to the local beach (around 1.5 km away).
