The private terraces are equipped with a barbecue and patio furniture, ideal for al fresco style dining in the warm Lanzarote evenings. For privacy, terraces are screened from neighbouring properties by hedging. The well kept communal grounds are well-maintained have pleasant lawned areas dotted with palms. There is a pedestrian walkway around the main garden area which has a sun terrace and a rectangular communal pool at its centre. The complex has private parking facilities.
Playa Blanca is a quiet holiday resort based around a small fishing harbour on the south coast of Lanzarote. These smart apartments are just a short drive from the main resort centre with its larger selection of restaurants, shops and facilities, although there are local amenities within walking distance. You can take wonderful coastal walks in both directions along the new coastal walkway that stretches across the resort. A short stroll to the west will take you to the new Rubicon Marina which has a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and ice creams parlours. A little further on is Playa Dorada, a decent beach suitable for swimming which offers watersports and refreshments and also has a children’s play area. The main Playa Blanca beach is a further ten minutes walk and offers a much large selection of shops and facilities. It is possible to get a taxi ride back to the apartment for a relatively modest fee. Playa Blanca is well known for its white sandy beaches and views across to Fuerteventura, which can be visited easily using the local ferry service. Playa Blanca’s seafront promenade is lined with restaurants and bars, with many places offering freshly caught seafood. Evening entertainment is fairly low key and based mainly around the resort’s hotels and restaurants with some live music shows on offer.If you walk in an easterly direction from Eira you will first come to the quiet Colarades beach before eventually reaching the sandy beaches of Papagayo.
These bright and well furnished holiday apartments have an open plan living area with comfortable seating and a television and video player. Patio doors open to a front terrace area. The dining table has seating for four people and there is a neat kitchen at the back of apartment which is well equipped with an electric hob and oven and a fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a useful drying area. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a separate shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. The first floor has one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. There is also access to a private pergola terrace.
